		<description>I am suffering the same problem as you and been through the same steps but my Pleo is still dead!  It is very frustrating and Ugobe have stopped replying to my requests for help. I last sent them a mail suggesting that Pleo might as well go in the trash if they cant suggest anything more, no reply.  Ugobe have been good but unfortunately now I am searching the web for any help to bring Pleo back to life.  Any one with any ideas?</description>
