Under the Gas Safety Regulations 1998, a landlord must have a valid Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) if they are renting out a property, don't risk prosecution by not having one.

Our Landlords Gas Safety Certificates only cost £60 for a boiler only  check. Boiler & gas fire checks from only £80 (visual inspection of gas hob or cooker included in all checks)
