INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH OTHER COMPANIES
We reserve the right to share information about you verbally with other businesses for the purposes of risk mitigation, examples of these may be to warn of late or non-payment, threat of aggression and/or violence or where the gas supply has been disconnected due to an unsafe situation or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to share information about you with regulatory or enforcement authorities for the purposes of safety and fraud prevention, an example of this may be where we inform an enforcement authority of meter tampering, energy supply theft or an unsafe situation.
